Chef Rush does 2,222 push-ups a day to bring awareness to suicide, mental wellness. Chef Rush Is a renowned chef, retired combat veteran who served over 20 years in the military. He has multiple tours in Iraq, Afghanistan and there during 9/11 in Pentagon.
Chef is an extreme advocate for the military, kids, military sexual trauma/women, homelessness, and he uses cooking to help military/civilians cope with mental issues such as PTSD.
Chef is also a master fitness, Combatives and endurance trainer. He uses fitness and food to prepare in the best possible way of holistic, medication and mental stimulation
