Emir Tarhun is forced to marry his cousin Reyhan, who comes from Erzurum at the request of his father Hikmet. Initially unwilling to accept this marriage, Emir and his mother Cavidan subject Reyhan to all kinds of hardships. However, Reyhan does not break the promise she made to her uncle Hikmet and, with her patience, changes Emir's heart. Emir and Reyhan, who fall in love over time, face a great test while struggling against Cavidan's obstacles: Reyhan, who loses her life while giving birth, leaves a deep wound in Emir's heart.
After going through this pain, Emir blames his son Yiğit and starts a new chapter with Feride, who comes to the mansion as a nanny. As Yiğit grows up, Gülperi steps into Emir's life. Her mysterious past and the dangers she brings with her cause Emir to be tested once again. However, despite all the pain, loss, and hardship, Emir manages to build a happy family life with Gülperi and Yiğit.
